Desmond Tutu is expected to remain in hospital after a minor surgery.
This,
according to his daughter Mpho is for doctors to keep an eye on the Nobel Peace
Prize winner as he recovers from an infection caused by past treatment he
received for prostate cancer.
According
to the Desmond and Leah Tutu Legacy Foundation, Tutu's medical team is
satisfied with the progress of his antibiotic treatment.
Tutu
was re-admitted on Tuesday one week after he was discharged, but doctors have
assured that his prostate cancer remains dormant.
