Nigeria’s first female doctor, Dr Marienne Abimbola Silva who also happens to
be the mother of respected actress, Joke Silva has passed on. She died
peacefully yesterday morning at age 89.
She is survived by Joke Silva, the actress, Bisi Silva, Jumoke Daodu and Lape
Silva.
