Rick Ross arrested for Assault and Kidnapping.

EXTREMELY CLOSE with Rick Ross who told us OFF THE RECORD that the
charges against Rick Ross are "all lies." He also claims that the man who
CLAIMS he was beaten is lying. The insider told MediaTakeOut.com, "Nobody
put a hand on that man. He's upset because [Rick Ross] caught him stealing
[items]. And he was eating [Rick Ross] food." MediaTakeOut.com asked
SPECIFICALLY if they believe the man ATE RICK ROSS LEMON PEPPER chicken.
The insider told us, "Yeah, he ate the lemon pepper wings, and a lot more
expensive sh*t".

MediaTakeOut.com confirmed that hip hop star Rick Ross was arrested last
night, inside his Atlanta home. Police claim that ROZAY pistol whipped one of
the contractors working on his home. You'll recall that Ross BOUGHT boxing
superstar EVANDER HOLYFIELD'S mega-mansion. He has been RENOVATING
the home now for over a year . . . and we guess he had ISSUES with one of the
guys doing the renovation.

Police showed up at ROSS mansion in Fayette County, Ga., after getting a call
from a man claiming that he was assaulted. The rapper was arrested overnight
Tuesday with his bodyguard.

Sources are saying that Ross, whose real name in William Roberts, got into an
argument with an employee and the fight escalated. They say ALLEGEDLY that
Ross PULLED A GUN on dude and refused to let him leave. Then Ross and one
of his homie/bodyguards BEAT THE MAN and pistol whipped him.

Rick Ross and his bodyguard were BOTH arrested for KIDNAPPING,
AGGRAVATED ASSAULT and AGGRAVATED BATTERY. If convicted, Rick Ross
faces 15 YEARS IN PRISON!!
