Davido to be investigated by NDLEA over inappropriate use of hard drugs in new video.

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, would be investigating
‘skelewu ‘crooner, Davido over inappropriate use of hard drugs in his recent
hit song, ‘Fans mi’ which he featured American top Rapper, meek Mill .

According to the NDLEA’s Head of Public Affairs, Mr. Mitchell Ofeyju in an
interview with the New Telegraph ;
“The agency considers the musical video ‘Fans Mi’ inappropriate and
indecent. It has the tendency to negatively influence and induce drug use and
trafficking.

”Besides, it is counter- productive on the campaign against drug production,
trafficking and abuse.
”The agency is investigating the matter and will take necessary action,” he
said.

Mrs. Nuella O’Peters who is a popular music video critic also rebuked the
video saying;
“It’s really outrageous seeing a brand ambassador and mentor to millions of
African youths indulging in such acts.
”He even went as far as using the substance for cooking in the video.
